Terms and Conditions

Open to eligible entrants aged 18 years or older. No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter, participants must complete the official giveaway form, provide a valid email address and answer the required entry question before the stated closing date and time. One eligible winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period and contacted using the email address provided.

The prize is the original Andrew Tischler painting identified in the promotion, valued at approximately USD $10,000 and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. One entry per person unless otherwise stated. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent, automated, duplicate or otherwise invalid entries. By entering, participants agree to these terms and acknowledge that their information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy. The giveaway is governed by applicable New Zealand law.
