Watch the video from the library. Either with the Kajabi app (not Kajabi Communities app). Or using a web browser and going to https://tisch.academy

How do I edit my billing settings?

Once you are in the Library (https://tisch.academy) you'll see all of the course videos listed down the welcome page.

In the upper right corner click on your avatar.

A menu will drop down with the options My Library, Settings, and Log Out.

Select "Settings" On your setting page look in the top right corner for the words "Billing Info" Click on that link.

That will take you to your billing information page where you will see your credit card information.

Click on the "..." to the right of your current credit card. An option will drop down saying "Update Card" click that to change your credit card information.

How do I upgrade?

Upgrading requires two steps:

1. Unsubscribe to your Studio Tier Plan:

From your library (https://tisch.academy).

In the upper right corner click on your avatar.

A menu will drop down with the options My Library, Settings, and Log Out.

Select "Settings" On your setting page look in the top right corner for the words "Billing Info" Click on that link.

From here you'll be able to cancel your current membership

2. Subscribe to Academy Tier:
Go to https://tisch.academy and click sign up to the tier you wish to subscribe to!

All done!

If you have a yearly or quarterly plan with time left on it, you can contact us for a credit on that time remaining.

Is there an app / Use on mobile

We recommend downloading these apps for better mobile functionality.

The Kajabi Communities app is for the Community portion of Tisch Academy. It allows you to communicate with the other members of the community.

How to I cast to my TV?

Unfortunately Apple TV does not work.

We recommend Android TV sticks, Chromecast or a Fire TV.

If I cancel, when does my membership stop?

If you cancel, your subscription will last one month from the last payment you made.

For example:
If you paid on the 24th of October and you cancel, your access will be revoked on the 24th of November.

Something isn't working, what should I do?

There are a few things that you can do to try and fix your problem before you report it to Tech Support.

  1. Clear the cache on your browser if you're using your web browser to access the academy.
  2. Power cycle the device. Turn the device fully off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. (Pushing the off button and holding it down will usually give you the the option to shut down fully.)
  3. Make sure your OS is up to date.
  4. Make sure your browser or app is up to date.
  5. If you're on a computer, try running a "cleaner" program such as CCleaner to free up more space in your computer's memory and hard drive.

Once you've done all of those and if you're still seeing the issue then report it in the Tech Support circle. Make sure your include enough information so that we can help. For instance, an in depth description of the symptoms, type of computer or device, browser info., etc.

Andrew mentioned material on "the platform" but I can't find it?

Andrew has been making videos for a long time on various different platforms. In his older videos he may mention that you can look for supplemental information on a platform that doesn't exist anymore or just isn't being used.

 

The goal is to have everything available here but some things may have slipped through the cracks. If you are confused and can't find something just ask. Someone will probably know where you can find the information.

Can't see comments from notification

The Kajabi Communities platform is quite a recent project, because of this, we have to expect some functionality bugs as it gets ironed out. It may also help if you restart your browser and/or try the mobile app!
